Bud Vetter, Esq.

Mr. Vetter, a cum laude graduate of Bowling Green State University and a magna cum laude graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, has developed a complex, busy and growing practice specializing in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, Real Estate Law and Banking Law. In addition, he has been active as a real estate developer for nearly 30 years, having experience with industrial buildings, warehouses, office buildings, strip malls, apartments, college residence halls and other residential real estate. He has participated in real estate transactions in excess of one billion dollars.

In addition to attorney and developer, Mr. Vetter is also the principal owner of Barrister Title Group, a statewide title insurance agency, and
Vetter Property Group.

Mr. Vetter’s professional affiliations include the Cleveland Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, The Ohio Land Title Association and The Ohio Bankers League.

Matthew J. Svec, Esq.

Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Walsh University in North Canton, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. After graduation, Matthew received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2000. Matthew began his career at a small family firm in Cleveland, before moving to a corporate attorney.

In 2015, Matthew started at Barrister Title Group as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Matthew specializes in closing complex real estate transactions throughout the State of Ohio.

Steve Miller, Esq.

Steven graduated magna cum laude from Defiance College with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration. After graduation, Steven attended the University of Toledo Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2011.

Prior to practicing law Steven’s career also included supply chain and contracting roles with Dana and Promedica Health Systems in the Northwest Ohio area. He has also served on multiple non-profit board of directors over the past ten years.

Steven’s background includes experience in real estate, contract, and business law as well as estate planning, probate and cyber security law. In 2020, Steven started working at Barrister Title Group as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in addition to his role as attorney at law for Vetter Law Offices.

David Madden, Esq.

David Madden is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Barrister Title Group. Madden works with Vetter Law Offices in the areas of real estate law, business law and estate planning and probate, as well as closing commercial and residential transactions for Barrister Title Group.

David is a long-time Mansfield resident, having grown up in the Richland County area. He graduated from The Ohio State University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law, and was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio in 2012..

Jason Murray, Esq.

Of Counsel Attorney Jason B. Murray is a Summa Cum Laude Graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and a Cum Laude Graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law.

Jason is the owner of Barrister Title Group, one of the largest statewide title insurance agencies in Ohio.

Jason Murray is a local attorney who practices in business law and estate planning, real estate, and corporate law. He is a lifelong Mansfield resident.
