

Bud Vetter, Esq.
Mr. Vetter, a cum laude graduate of Bowling Green State University and a magna cum laude graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, has developed a complex, busy and growing practice specializing in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, Real Estate Law and Banking Law. In addition, he has been active as a real estate developer for nearly 30 years, having experience with industrial buildings, warehouses, office buildings, strip malls, apartments, college residence halls and other residential real estate. He has participated in real estate transactions in excess of one billion dollars.
In addition to attorney and developer, Mr. Vetter is also the principal owner of Barrister Title Group, a statewide title insurance agency, and
Vetter Property Group.
Mr. Vetter’s professional affiliations include the Cleveland Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, The Ohio Land Title Association and The Ohio Bankers League.

Matthew J. Svec, Esq.
In 2015, Matthew started at Barrister Title Group as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Matthew specializes in closing complex real estate transactions throughout the State of Ohio.

Steve Miller, Esq.
Prior to practicing law Steven’s career also included supply chain and contracting roles with Dana and Promedica Health Systems in the Northwest Ohio area. He has also served on multiple non-profit board of directors over the past ten years.
Steven’s background includes experience in real estate, contract, and business law as well as estate planning, probate and cyber security law. In 2020, Steven started working at Barrister Title Group as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in addition to his role as attorney at law for Vetter Law Offices.

Marcus Phelps, Esq.
A Mansfield native, Marcus is a graduate of Ontario High School. In 2011, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Akron, where he was appointed by the Governor of Ohio as a student trustee on the Board of Trustees and was a commencement speaker for his graduating class. Wanting to gain work experience prior to law school, Marcus worked in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as a consultant and Washington, DC as a legal assistant. In 2017 he graduated with his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
